What True Grit Endurance Is All About

True Grit Endurance is a triathlon and endurance coaching service built for athletes who want

meaningful progress—without sacrificing their health, family, or joy for the sport.

Coaching is powered by TriDot and RunDot, using data-optimized training to help athletes

improve performance in less time while reducing injury risk and burnout. Workouts are

purposeful, efficient, and flexible—so you’re not just training harder, you’re training smarter.

While data guides the training, the coaching is rooted in human connection. You’ll receive

personalized guidance, accountability, and encouragement throughout your journey, while still

maintaining ownership of your day-to-day training and the balance of life outside of sport.

You choose the level of coaching support that fits your goals and your current season of life. The

result is higher-quality training, sustainable progress, and confidence heading into race day—and

beyond.
