








Hi, I’m Cara Pavek—athlete, coach, mom, and lifelong lover of swimming, biking, and running.
My journey into endurance sports began in the pool, where I spent my early years swimming through high school and college. That foundation eventually led me to triathlon, and from that first race on, endurance sports became more than training—they became my lifestyle, my community, and a constant source of challenge and growth.
I’m a five-time Ironman finisher, eight-time marathon finisher, and have competed in countless sprint and Olympic-distance triathlons. Along the way, I’ve experienced the highs, the setbacks, and the balancing act that comes with training through different seasons of life. Those experiences have shaped my appreciation for the grit, resilience, and joy it takes to keep showing up and chasing goals over the long term.
As a coach, my vision is to empower athletes to pursue big goals through thoughtful, personalized coaching while staying healthy, resilient, and injury-free. I especially enjoy working with beginner triathletes, swim-focused athletes, busy parents, and experienced athletes who want to train smarter and with greater intention.
